This was my first time selling anything, and she explained what she was doing all along the process. It was a little bit more complicated because it was in my family's estate with out of state issues, but she managed all of it really quickly, professionally, at the price we wanted and with a great attitude. And she treated me as if I were her only client, and that selling our condo was the most important on her to-do list! Condos hard to sell? Not with my agent!
