I am a first-time buyer and had been working loosely with a different agent when I met Tracy at an open house. She invited me for coffee and gave me a mini-presentation on the state of the market in this area (including graphs and figures) and where First Team could help, particularly with coordinating off-market sales. Everything she said agreed with the research I had done, and I was really impressed. She listened to what I was looking for and really took time to talk with me and show me a few listings to get a sense of what would work for me. The first property I visited with her I wound up putting in an offer on and buying! Through the whole process, which took many dramatic twists and turns, she was cool-headed and clear about the steps we'd take, and it took so much of the anxiety out of it.
