We met Tracy a couple of years ago. When we got ready to sell, we called, and he was able to meet right away. His honesty, forthrightness and integrity were impressive. Someone who you can truly trust. Through our journey of selling our house he was the calming factor in a very stressful time for us. My agent from another state recommended Tracy, and wow, what a great referral! I e-mailed Tracy a list of almost twenty houses in two cities. I came up for the weekend and we knocked them all out. My list had a lot of fixer uppers on it and Tracy didn't mind poking around the scary basements or flipping over the top on a broken sump pump.
