There was a home that we has fallen in love with as I was looking to start a career and my wife and I were looking to move back home from our college town. The house had gone off the market for a month or so. I was referred to Marty, Tracy and their team by my mother who had done some horse training for them, she knew we were looking for a home and knew that Tracy, Marty and their team were the ones to call. So I reached out, having lost hope in getting into the place we knew would be perfect for our situation. After initial investigation Tracy and Marty had begun to counsel on other prospects, I expressed that we were open to it but that if at all possible we wanted to get into this one particular home. We'd basically given up and were starting to review other options. However, they didn't give up so easily, they found the seller and discovered the house was only off market for repairs/renovations!
