I was from out of town and interested in area north of city and I had very limited time to find a place to live. Tracey had excellent choices that allowed me to find exactly what I wanted.

Communication with Tracy was excellent; she asked lots of questions to get a clear idea of my needs and made suggestions for me to consider as far as locations and layouts. Tracy was always available to answer any questions and reassure me of any concerns I had. She was able to schedule showings for all the homes I wanted to see even on short notice, was prompt, and had excellent design ideas for each home. I am actually using a couple of her ideas in the home I purchased! A pleasure to work with; I would recommend her in the future.

Tracy helped us sell our condo and buy a house. She was always very responsive, helpful, and listened well to our wants. We had a very quick sale on our condo (two offers in 48 hours) and were able to secure the house we wanted. Tracy helped us early on as we were planning ahead and checked in regularly until we were ready to actively begin the process. She never pressured us to act or think in one way or another, but listened and offered her professional guidance. She's fun to work with as well. I would highly recommend her!
Tracy was fantastic to work with. It took us a few months and a few offers to find our home...just as she assured us it would and she was with us every step of the way. She was always available, quick to respond (at all hours, holidays too) and very knowledgable. She was very supportive in the bids that we lost and in helping us move forward to the next opportunity. We trusted her but we also really LIKED her and felt that she sincerely had our best interests at heart.
