Selling the house of a loved one who has passed away is not easy experience, especially when you don't live very close by. Tracy made the entire process simple and easy, and checked in on the house for me regularly so I didn't have to make the drive as often. And she was gracious and found us contractors to fix the small stuff when we were overwhelmed. I highly recommend Tracy, for both her realtor skills and for being a good person.
