Tracie is a great realtor. She has a very happy and bubbly personality. She will answer all your questions. If she doesn't know the answer, she will find the answer from one of her colleagues or her connections that are more familiar with the matter. My favorite aspect about Tracie is how she was able to do a lot of the work for us and took the time to explain to us on concepts didn't understand when submitting an offer, home inspection, and counter offers. She is willing to be there at home inspection when we were on vacation. She is very communicative and responds fast. She will reply to her text within 10 minutes. She even taught us about writing a love letter to the seller to introduce ourselves and how much we like the home. We sent Tracie the draft and our pictures. Then Tracie decorated the letter for us and added all the finish touch.When we ran into some trouble with our original loan officer, Tracie was able to connect us with one of her loan officers, Michael, who was also very responsive to my texts and questions. Our original loan officer sent our personal information to the wrong email, so we were really appreciative that Tracie was able to connect us to someone who was professional in their line of work.I can't wait to invite her to our future BBQs!
