I wouldn't recommend a dog to this woman. Very unprofessional and a huge liar. Never makes good on her promises. So I would recommend someone else to rent or buy from. I rented from her for almost a year. Upon moving in she promised to fix our leaks which in a year she never did we had to. She was always rude and always wanted someone else to pick up rent from us accept herself. Someone hit our mailbox on street and she never repaired it so the mailbox was always on ground. And when you come to her she with problems later on u will be Looking for a new place to rent. I just find that she is not a very good person to rent from and doesn't work with tenants to come to a solution. Instead just take your money and that's it
