Friendly, Considerate, and Helpful
My wife and I met Tracie through a family member. We were looking to buy a house. Now we all know how these things can be hit or miss, and from personal experience my luck hasn't always been great with family recommendations. Because of this, I was hesitant and had my guard up somewhat.
We had a couple of flash starts with Tracie, because of issues with the house we were selling and having to call Tracie and reschedule looking at new houses because things with the one we were selling in another state kept falling apart at the last possible minute.
Tracie took this all in stride, assured us that we were in a good spot and that she would be available when we needed her assistance. These experiences can be tough, but Tracie kept us from pulling our hair out.
Once our house sold, we spent a lot of time researching, deciding on an area and engaging Tracie to determine the best means to get the houses we were interested in shown to us.
She never missed a beat, came up with a showing plan and we moved easily from home to home, being able to view each at a leisurely pace and try to find something the wife and I both liked. Another quirk was I can't remember addresses, so every house had a nickname. Beach house, horse house, crack house, and so on. Tracie picked up quick and immediately knew which house I was referring to when we asked questions at a later time.
Revisiting to narrow the choices down was also a breeze. Even though we were very diligent and careful about our home choice, Tracie never wavered in her commitment to put a plan together allowing us to view the homes at our pace. She also asked for our feedback on each house, and her note taking was valuable when narrowing down to one choice.
When we finally decided on a home, she was a shrewd and tactful negotiator. This was really when I knew we were in the right hands. While Tracie was very good at showings, she was masterful at negotiation. Needless to say we are thrilled with the house and her.
