Tracie and her team truly worked seamlessly with me throughout the purchasing process. I did not experience anything but great support, and everyone was aware of exactly which step we were on, and great at guiding me how to move forward in my best interest. I really appreciated the family/small business feel that was a result of impeccable communication, as well as the core of her team, Tracie, Thomas Jr and SR were on site every step of the way with great feedback to consider! The administrative team was organized, punctual, and most tasks were completed as pro-actively as possible. I couldn't recommend Tracie and her team enough!
