I first met Tracie in an Open House. She was the seller’s agent for that property. As a potential buyer who had already seen a few other places, I was used to real estate agents who inundated me with questions and usually came across as a bit pushy. Tracie however, had such a professional etiquette from the very beginning. to me, not only she wasn’t pushy, but she also came across as a genuine person who truly enjoyed her job and wanted to help. She patiently listened to me and what I was looking for, and right away provided numerous useful information that saved me a lot of time later during the purchasing process. That was even before I had selected her as my agent. When I left that Open House that day, I already knew she’d be the only agent out of all other ones I had met that day, whom I would like to work with during my house hunting process. She definitely was the most knowledgeable, experienced and genuine agent I had met. The problem though was that although I am an engineer and numbers and math are definitely my forte, I had such a hard time to come up with a suitable strategy that included either selling or renting out my existing residential Condo, and then buying a new house. Moreover, the market at the time was so volatile that understanding and forecasting the trends was such a convoluted task. Although I struggled for a few weeks and couldn’t finalize which direction to move towards, Tracie did not push me with her own agenda And only provided support. Again, this was all even before she was 100% certain about whether or not I’d become one of her prospective clients. Her positive energy, genuine intentions, and strong listening skills made me certain that I was in good hands, and that she truly cared about me and my family. All the way throughout the process, she stayed consistent with her level of support and engagement. My wife and I were really picky and it was NOT easy to find a house for us that met all our criteria. She went above an beyond.
