We had a wonderful experience working with Tracie! We were moving from out of state, so had limited windows of availability to get out to Boise to find a home in person. She lined up multiped showings for us over a 2 day span and was extremely accommodating and flexible when we asked to throw in an extra house here and there that popped up during our visit. She was able to leverage her relationships to find us a house off-market that ended up being the perfect fit! Through the buying process she was extremely helpful and responsive to all of our e-mails, texts, and calls. She makes you feel like you are her only client and goes the extra mile to make sure you are comfortable with the process. I would highly recommend Tracie to anyone looking to buy a home.
