Since no one from our family lives in Rhode Island, Tracie's local expertise and network proved to be invaluable in helping us get the house emptied out and staged for sale. We were particularly pleased that, with Tracie's help, almost all the furniture and other furnishings were able to be donated and picked up by charitable organizations. Tracie's photographer took wonderful photos and a drone video for the listing that showcased the house beautifully. The house was sold on Day 1 for above asking price.
