Tracie is a consummate professional, with a delightful sense of humor and superb people skills! She was a pleasure to work with and made the process of selling our condo very easy and straighforward. Tracie did a fantastic job for us. We are absentee owners that were selling a long time rental property. It ended up that there was a fair amount of tenant damage to repair. Tracie stepped in and used her natural organizer skills to help us hire quality contractors. She also did a great job dealing with the buyers agents and legal representation. In all she really earned her commission on this one.

We were extremely pleased with Tracie, who was the realtor we selected to list and sell the Little Compton home of my elderly mother. Since no one from our family lives in Rhode Island, Tracie's local expertise and network proved to be invaluable in helping us get the house emptied out and staged for sale. We were particularly pleased that, with Tracie's help, almost all the furniture and other furnishings were able to be donated and picked up by charitable organizations. Tracie's photographer took wonderful photos and a drone video for the listing that showcased the house beautifully. The house was sold on Day 1 for above asking price. She was highly responsive and pleasure to deal with.
