The whole Choate family was great to work with... They kept me informed every step of the way. They made recommendations where I needed them. I ended up selling my house over the Holiday season (not the best timing on my part) The whole Choate family worked their butts off to get it sold in a timely fashion. For selling, she gave us great tips to get the house ready, worked with our schedule for showings, hosted two open houses the first weekend (which resulted in the house being sold), made the process and document signing super easy, and took amazing photos to help showcase the house (thanks Austin!). For buying, not only did the Choate team show us many houses and help us hone in on the prefect house, but Tracie also has an impeccable eye towards colors, future house needs, and remodeling ideas based on her many years in real estate.
