I met Tracie after curiosity of pricing on other Condos and Cottages at The Beach Club. I called and spoke to several agents, Yet she was the most knowledgeable and the one that got back to me in a very timely and attentive manner. After picking her brain and getting to know her she immediately assisted me in my curiosity of other Penthouse units I was curious about at The Beach Club ( My wife and I already owned a unit there) Tracie immediately reached out to other listing agents and on the same day met with me to look at this particular unit. Again I was just Very curious and I told her so, Because of her quick actions and knowledge I ended up purchasing one of the units even though I was not really ready or prepared to purchase another .
