Traci helped us navigate the buying process in CO from out of state. Her communication and follow up is excellent which is hard to find these days. She went above and beyond to make the process as painless as possible. We even beat our original close date by a week! I highly recommend Traci and would work with her again.

My experience selling and buying with Traci was outstanding. As this experience was a bit nerve wracking for me, she calmed me down by answering my million questions and was never pushy. She educated me, used her resources to answer my million questions, and made this process go super smoothly. I will definitely be using her again!!
