This is my second time using Traci, but first time with her as a selling agent and I am just as impressed with her as I was before. Selling in a market without many comparables at the time, she picked the perfect price (way above what I thought it would sell for) and we were under contract in under 4 days. She impressed me with her 'feel' for the market and I am so happy we were able to get the price we did for our home. She has years of experience buying/selling and she's always proven to bring it to the table for me. I would highly recommend her to anyone looking!
