We needed a property manager and Traci was actually recommended to us by another agent. It was an excellent recommendation as Traci is a great property manager. She did an excellent job marketing the property, working with tenants, and monitoring the condition of the home. We never had to worry about anything. When the time came to sell the home, Traci was with us every step of the way. She gave great advice, provided oversight for some unexpected repairs, and communicated regularly. We appreciated her honesty and her always positive can-do attitude. And while we were glad the home sold quickly, we will miss being her clients. Traci is a great agent!
