Our overall experience was a dream! This was our first time home buying experience so we had very little knowledge of the process, what to look for, things to ask, the list goes on... Our time with Traci was fantastic in all those areas and more. She made the entire process more simple than we ever thought possible! She was honest and pointed out things on/in houses that were 'big ticket' areas or other concerns to be weary of. She was very patient with all our questions and put us at ease with our big decision nervousness. Her communication was extremely quick and detailed; she was on top of everything and never hesitated to reach out to the seller, loan officer, or anyone with questions on our behalf. When we were ready to put in an offer, she had a great strategy for us and had a contract written up immediately. Traci was very fun and easy to work with and we've already recommended her to multiple friends!
