Traci Jump

Traci was wonderful throughout the whole process, and it was a pleasure working with her. Would certainly use again. I like to be informed of everything that is going on, and Traci excelled at shooting me updates on every little thing.

Where do I start! I had one of the toughest types of homes to sell. It was tough based on my location. As well as the different hoops needed to be considered as a new member of the park community. This was the situation I currently was in. I was depressed and never thought I would get out of the bad home mistake I made back in 2016. I ended up going through three agents before finding Traci. She brought a client by one day to see my home. I instantly saw the professionalism and personality I wanted from an agent.. my agent. I was not getting this from my other agents. I texted her a day or two after I met her. I asked if she would consider helping/saving me from my current nightmare. She said yes! I followed her lead and did everything she asked of me. I could tell her goals and mine where one in the same. The care she put in to help me was motivational. I needed this as I was already five months in to this. Through the remainder of time it took there where ups and downs. Like I said this was a tough place to sell based on the location. The downs always crushed me. Traci always kept me of the invisible ledge I constantly put myself on. If I called her she always ether responded right away. Or soon there after. This is Mark Bush (me ??) level of communication. I’ve always put in selfless care to the work I do. I do this because I like to see my clients happy. Traci is that person times ten. She never gave up on me or my home. For that reason she will always be one of my favorite people. I think it goes with out saying at this point I recommend her =D. I plan to recommend her and tell this story every chance I can. She helped me get my life back. There’s nothing I wouldn’t do for Traci. Thank you Traci Jump for all that you do!

Never the type to write reviews, but Traci has been so wonderful, I want to share our experience. We are first time home buyer and Traci has been so patient and knowledgeable. She negotiated a great price for us in such a tough housing market. We are overjoyed and so lucky to have her as our agent.
