Traci Hamlin

Because of my husband's job we relocate A LOT and have dealt with probably around 20 different realtors in our lifetime. Traci Hamlin is by far THE BEST realtor we have ever worked with... there's not even anybody in a close second to her!!! She is extremely professional and honest for starters. This is something we have found lacking in many realtors we have dealt with. She is extremely detail oriented. She knows her business well. Any question or concern that would arise while we were looking at houses she would get back to me usually within a couple hours with ALL the answers. There would be comments I would make off hand not realizing she was taking note, and she would have answers for those, as well. She is an excellent communicator. She kept us informed of everything along the way. We've never experienced that before! She was very patient and was happy to show us as many houses as we wanted to see as many times as we wanted to see them without hesitation. She really cared that we found the right house for us! She was an awesome negotiator! She had no qualms about submitting an offer of what WE wanted to offer, not what she thought we should offer. We ended up getting our house significantly below asking price and our appraisal came back $11,000 higher than what we paid for the house! I felt she was taking care of us. The process was all about us and what we wanted and needed and what was best for us. I really didn't have to worry about anything at all. Anything she could handle she took the bull by the horns and handled it for us! And she is just an all around great, pleasant person in general! Honestly, I can't recommend Traci highly enough! I have never bought or sold a house where I thought the realtor actually earned the money he or she was making in the deal .... UNTIL NOW with Traci! She is THE BEST!
