Very professional and Efficient!

We were looking for a home with very specific features. She showed us many homes until she knew our exact requirements. She then showed us several homes until we found one meeting our needs. She showed utmost professionalism and knowledge during the closing process. We will be glad to work with her again for any real estate needs.

It took us months to get under contract for a new home. The market was hot for sellers and cutthroat for buyers. With a limited budget and the requirement of VA financing, we were often outbid by other buyers. We also went into it without a clearly defined place where we wanted to live, as it was the first time we were purchasing a home as empty-nesters without the requirement to be in a great school district. So basically, our search frame was Central Florida! Traci patiently took us all over this area looking at homes in five different counties. She worked diligently to get us a great deal, and she listened closely to what we were looking for in a home (it didn't help that the husband and I had different ideas about that too). Every time an offer wasn't accepted, she reminded us that it just wasn't the right place, and that OUR right place was out there somewhere. True enough, we found a new home being built and it was a perfect location and checked almost every one of our boxes.
