I’ve bought and sold two houses in a number of circumstances, including purchasing a for sale by owner home and regrettably managing all of the negotiations by myself. I’ve had some nightmares transactions, including forest fires occurring during the week of close. I’ve had good realtors and bad realtors. My initial impression of Traci from her marketing material was that she was the former. Her marketing presence wasn’t huge, but she won all the sales awards. When we hired Traci, I told my partner that she would be the person with a local knowledge to find us the right place in the area and maybe leverage her connections to find us a deal. It’s exactly what happened. Traci was professional and honest and forthright. I would recommend her without qualifications.
