It is clear from the start that Traci has a wealth of knowledge, wisdom and experience with the home buying process and our local area, which alone is so valuable. But beyond that, the other traits that she possesses that were so valuable to us in our experience were - her grounded, logical, clear and calm nature. She is a great listener. She was consistently proactive in informing us of next steps and transparency about the process. Her communications were excellent- responding quickly & well to questions and confusions we had come up. Traci also demonstrated that she was a true professional and colleague in the area. She had excellent relationships with other people and entities involved in the process. Throughout the home buying process there are always many shifting factors and moving pieces, Traci ensured we felt informed and supported every step of the way.
