But beyond that, the other traits that she possesses that were so valuable to us in our experience were - her grounded, logical, clear and calm nature. She is a great listener. She was consistently proactive in informing us of next steps and transparency about the process. Her communications were excellent- responding quickly & well to questions and confusions we had come up. Traci also demonstrated that she was a true professional and colleague in the area. We bought our first home from Traci and it was a no brainer to go with her for our second home.
