We purchased our first home with her a few years ago and when we decided to look in a different area she was so helpful and made the process of buying a new home and selling our current great! Traci was thorough, detailed, and supportive throughout the whole process. I could write a book about the saga of selling our home, and we couldn't have done it without Traci. Before listing it, all of her suggestions were spot on. The photos she took made our house look amazing. We had multiple bites and showings within the first week, and two quick offers. Things got complicated, though, with our eventual buyers as they got closer to the closing date. Numerous last minute developments and delays, which was incredibly stressful for us, as we couldn't buy our new home until we sold the old one. But Traci was on top of everything, always with a cool head and full of knowledge about what the buyers can and cannot ask for at all the different stages. She was instrumental in making sure the buyers towed the line, but also straight with us in terms of what we needed to do, too. I think in less competent hands, we would've settled for thousands of dollars less. Traci is not the first realtor/broker with whom I have worked, but she is by far the best.
Traci went above and beyond with preparing us for the purchase of our home. She always responded timely to any questions or concerns we had , which were numerous. Before we settled on our house she really listened to what we wanted in terms of location, features and our budget. We were very impressed by her knowledge of the rules and regulations and felt like she always had our backs. If you are looking for a home you could do no better than Traci.
Traci was excellent. After an unforeseen situation we where faced with finding a house, closing and moving in within 5 weeks. Because of her expertise she was able to find us the perfect house and negate a great deal. We closed on our first home exactly 30 days after contacting her! Several people told us that it would be impossible to do what Traci did, we are convinced it wouldn’t have happened without her. We couldn’t be any happier.
Traci was great from start to finish. She guided us through the process with confidence and was very helpful when we needed to make some repairs to the house after the home inspection. She took all of the worry out of selling our home. We had an offer the day after the house was listed.
