A true gem of an agent! Tracey has been amazing. We were really interested in this property but when it first came in the market someone else made a bigger offer. She knew how much we wanted it so when she heard that the escrow was not going to go through she jumped and got us in before the property went back on the market and avoiding another bidding war. The process after that was really smooth. We were leaving town in a week and we couldn’t be there to sign the papers. She put everybody on notice and we opened escrow within a day and we had all the paperwork done in under 7 days. It was insane. So efficient. Great work and great person. Totally recommendable!
