My wife and I were first-time buyers. There are stories you will read where the realtor will come with bias of their own that shouldn't influence the decision of a buyer, that wasn't the case with Tracey. Tracey was good at figuring out what appealed to use and what we were looking for, and she was good at pointing out genuine points of consideration for every property we saw. It was a genuinely good experience from start to finish. Additionally, Tracey is a reliable agent, and isn't afraid to advocate and act in the interest of the buyer. Along with being reliable, she is very good about communication and ensuring the process is known and transparent from start to finish. Overall, my wife and I would 100% recommend Tracey to anyone looking for their first or whatever home.
