About Tracey

I am a third generation Sacramentan that grew up in the Land Park area of Sacramento. I decided to get my Real Estate license when my children were young. We moved to Elk Grove to ensure they were able to attend excellent schools. I sold the first subdivision ever built in the Laguna Creek area of Elk Grove; which is where my business took off. My children are now grown and are also very successful in the Real Estate business. I joined the Sacramento Association of Realtors in 1980, and was honored to serve on the Board of Directors, and eventually became President in 2007. I have a passion for Professionalism and courtesy to every client I represent. I pride myself in being a very straight forward and clear communicator. My "team" and I work very diligently to ensure there are no glitches in our contract, disclosures, and closing documents. Outstanding!

We loved working with Tracey, and we wouldn't have been able to get our dream house without her! We were surprised when we found out our offer got accepted, even though we weren't the highest bidder, thanks to Tracey. Even while she was experiencing some medical issues, she continued to work with us and the team to close the house in record time. Overall great experience, and would recommend her to my friends.

It was a tough time for me my husband passed...

It was a tough time for me my husband passed away, I'd never been alone to buy a home. Tracey, was there to guide me through all the different phases, she was always there to answer all my questions & there were many. She is a real professional, patient, she knows her business and I always felt comfortable when she would answer & explain my questions. And she always did it with a smile.
