I was very clear with Tracey my intentions from the beginning and she understood. She upheld my standard of a realtor and was amazing the whole time. She jumped on any task I requested right away, communicated weekly and or daily if need be, and was very kind the whole time. I requested several times even after the contract began to have access to the house and she made sure it happened. She is very honest and willing to ensure the best for her client and it shows. So, I had a not so great experience with a previous realtor and was pretty bummed by the whole experience. Tracey was recommended to me by a friend and I was already thinking it was going to be another bad experience. It was and is the direct opposite. She was proactive and always available to answer questions. Even after the offer was accepted she showed the house to some of my family and friends. She was great from start to finish!!
