It was a true blessing to find and work with Tracey. I wouldn't call her "old school" but a person who knows how to deal with "old school" agents and newer agents alike. I was a first time homebuyer and was very confused and really skeptical about the whole process. Tracey made herself very present for me and was straight up and down with me the whole time. I think on one occasion we looked at 7 houses and she had the same energy for each listing, warning me of things I should look out for and closely examining the places I thought might work. During one listing my partner left Tracey alone with my 5 month old baby and she kept him entertained with her singing while we looked at home ( if only I had a car camera to catch that action). I am very weary of people in general and had a lot of concerns, but Tracey answered all of my valid and annoying questions and followed through with answers. I worked with three previous agents who could not make a deal; but Tracey came through with a deal on the first house we put an offer on. After the offer went through I pressed for many inspections in a very short time frame and Tracey made them all happen. The inspections allowed us to make a very respectable deal and buy our first home. My family and I are truly grateful for Tracey as we own the perfect house for our small family.
