I talked with several other agents before deciding to go with Tracey. The first time I called her, we spent about an hour and a half talking on the phone. She was very in depth about probing what our requirements and constraints were, beyond the simple budget and location (first timers, buying from out of state and having to travel to viewings, early intervention services). What really tipped the scales for me was her experience in doing relocations. She shared a lot of knowledge with us about what to expect for the challenges of buying a home and relocating at the same time.
