"We are beyond thankful to have had Tracey Pintabona as our realtor. After doing our research for realtors and reading good reviews on her. We wanted to meet with her immediately. Sure enough, after we met with her she already responded to many of our questions and concerns giving us reassurance. As we all know buying a house is a big commitment and investment you do not take lightly. Tracey was very patient and refused to let us settle for less or for the first house we see. To be quite honest it may be humanly impossible. Tracey almost felt like a mom wanting her child to find the perfect home. She promised to be hand in hand every step of the way and refused to let us just get into "any home". It had to be the perfect home, just like we were hoping so! Tracey wanted us to love it and have no regrets. We found a home we fell in love with, that fit our budget,met all our expectations and was move-in ready! What more can we ask for? Everyone we met that worked for Lammachia realty was beyond pleasant and professional. For that reason we will be forever thankful."
