Tracey was immediately responsive to my inquiry about a particular condo. She got critical information right away knowing another owner in the condo unit. I reached out on a Monday evening. By Tuesday she had set up a FaceTime walkthrough with my husband and me. By Wednesday we were in contract. She set up a thorough property and critical sewer line inspection. Without being physically in the property, we were very aware of all of its faults. We were able to use those issues to get a credit from the seller for us the buyers as well as for the condo association. At the final walkthrough, we noted that the seller had left items in the shed, yard and refrigerator. At the closing, Tracey suggested we put $500 in escrow until the seller cleared out his stuff & possessions. It worked. She was helpful in recommending a cleaner and painter. She has many well developed relationships with inspectors, tradespeople and agents.
