Tracey is absolutely delightful to work with. She is super responsive, has great ideas, and will really go the extra mile. Our experience selling our home and buying a new one with both closing literally at the same time, would have been a nightmare if it weren't for Tracey. Dealing with the buyers, buyers agent, sellers and us, she was graceful and kind yet firm. She is extremely smart and was meticulous about all the details in getting us what we needed to make the whole thing work.
