Tracey and Coral did an amazing job selling my father's house. Their knowledge of the real estate business made the process go seamless. They were very professional and pleasing to work with. I highly recommend them for anyone looking for a real estate agent.
This team is ready for everything. They explain the processes without making it complicated. I'm thankful for their knowledge and help.
Tracey was great and easy to work with and when we showed up running late on an open house; she was very agreeable to let us walk thru and take our time(which we did) and never felt pressured and she took the time to answer questions. When we finally decided we wanted our house , she knew we were ready and helped us thru the process very smoothly and was available anytime to answer questions.
Tracey was so easy to work with. She was so patience with us in deciding our selling price, and when it sold it was over the asking price, cash and within 3 weeks was sold.
Tracey was outstanding in selling our house. She new exactly what to do, it took 3 weeks to close on our house. Communications were fabulous, never had a problem getting in touch with her or her responding to me

Tracey made this whole process run very smoothly. It took approx 6-7 weeks to list, sell and close on my Mom’s house. Tracey went to the Assisted Living place and explained everything to my Mom. I highly recommend Tracey to assist you in selling your property
Tracey was just terrific and made my first time home buying experience seem like a walk in the park! I could tell from the first home we looked out that she was there for our benefit and not just to make a paycheck, and that meant the world to us. She was very flexible with us, extremely knowledgable of the industry, a prompt communicator and didnt rest until she made sure we got the best first house for our family. I would highly recommend her to anyone looking for a buyer or a seller agent! She truly will put your best interest first and wont steer you in the wrong direction.. Thanks for everything Tracey!
