I have just sold my vacation home in Kissimmee Florida. I live in the UK and there is a worldwide pandemic and worldwide travel restrictions, doom and gloom everywhere. What a bad time to think about selling your home 4000 miles away. Wrong, not if you know Tracy Hayes. She has completely taken control of the situation. Tracy has advised me every step of the way. She has informed me of all my legal obligations. Help me source local international tax experts and money exchange companies. She is extremely professional, confident and efficient. I was receiving 3-4 emails a day updating me and reminding me where we are and what we need to do next. She said that she would sell my house very quickly. I thought that was a sales pitch. Wrong again. Tracy arranged a open house within a couple of days of me appointing her. On the day of the open house she called me to say she had four offers including one cash buyer. I took her advise and sold to the cash buyer. Two weeks later after a great deal of effort from Tracy we completed. This would be impossible in the UK. It doesn’t end there Tracy collected all my cable tv boxes, alarm system and modem and returned them to my cable company. With the pandemic happening we decided to sell our 2 bedroom condo in Florida. There were no rentals and we had expenses happening.
