Very knowledgeable and responsive

Tracey was wonderful to work with. She is very knowledgeable in the Columbus housing market and provided us (who were moving from out of state) very helpful and insightful guidance throughout the house hunting and purchasing process. She is respectful, calm, hardworking, and super responsive. On multiple occasions, we asked her to show us houses in short notices and she always responded positively and made arrangements to make things happen right away. After closing, she continued to follow up and check in with us from time to time (in an non-invasive way) to see if we encountered any issues with our renovation projects and if she could offer any help. I would 100% recommend her to my friends or colleagues.
