Tracey gave us wise, sensible, informed advice at every turn She not only facilitated the sale of our home, she helped and advised us on the "For Sale By Owner" condo to which we were moving - in which she had no financial stake whatever! She brought the buyer - which saved us $. She advised us on movers and inspectors. Tracey was always available. She skillfully "kept the peace" (and the deal alive) when we were a bit at odds with the buyers. We would definitely use her services again!
