She payed attention to the details -both for the contracts and what we were looking for - and kept us apprized of every thing we needed to know. She knew the area we were moving to very well and helped guide us on that, she communicated efficiently, and even helped us on a few key points of the contract when we sold AND bought that helped us to be in a better state financially.
