Tracey was wonderful to work with. We got multiple offers and excepted a great one but a few days before closing the buyers agent tried to pull some funny stuff and trap us in a bad deal but Tracey saw it coming and legally protected us from it. Also quickly got us back on the market and another buyer that closed quickly and smoothly. I can’t stress enough on how thankful we are that we had Tracey watching our backs and keeping us safe.
