In the Fall of 2020 we were faced with selling our family home after the death of our father. One of his wishes before he died was to use Tracey Barrett to sell his home after his death. Faced with a short-notice overseas move, we reached out to Tracey to sell our Fairfax townhome. Tracy was nothing short of amazing! From the first call, to our first meeting the very next day (scheduled at my convenience, accommodating our busy schedule) Tracy was prepared, informed and established a solid plan to help us sell our home. Even with all the complications of dealing with the (newly implemented at the time) pandemic restrictions, she pulled together an amazing product, including photos and 3D modeling with self navigation and user measurable spaces to help potential buyers get a feel for our home without having to leave the comfort of their home.
