Overall I worked with Tracee for a little over a year. She was very knowledgeable of current events within the real estate market as well as historical information that aided in the search for my home. She was always patient and professional to work with. She respected what I wanted while also speaking up when she though we could get a better deal when negotiating and nearly every time we did get a better overall contract. I am a detail oriented person and want to be involved in the details and information which Tracee was great to provide them. Tracee knew many local companies that she recommended ranging from home inspections, lenders, and local contractors for work needed on a home after inspection. She never made me feel or thing she was only in this for her but that she truly cares for her clients and puts herself in her clients shoes to approach it as if she were the one buying the home. I would definitely work with Tracee again, which if you knew me it is not just rare but unheard of that I would choose to work with a real estate agent again but Tracee is one of the few that does the the work expected when you are working with a real estate agent."
