Can't say enough about the great experience we had working with Tracee and her team. Not only is she knowledgeable, but has partnerships she has built in all aspects of the buying process. She doesn't push you to use the people she has built a report with, but they are available to you if you don't have anyone else in mind. She was very patient with us in the buying process as well. We looked at maybe 15 houses bid on 3, and she was there helping us every step of the way. She answered our messages quickly even when it was late. There were a few nights I would lay in bed with issues weighing on my mind and would message her expecting a response in the morning, and would get a message before I even fell asleep.

The handling of our sale (which was an estate sale) was professional, comprehensive, and timely. At the same time they took the time to listen and were sensitive to the needs of the family, keeping us continually informed. If I still flipped houses I would use these two to buy and sell!
