In addition, as there are many unusual requirements to buying in that community, Trace’s experience with, and understanding of what is required, is extremely valuable to any buyer. He listens to what you want and like (and don’t like), and visits the properties before showing them to you, to ensure that he is getting as close to your “must haves” list as possible. He is friendly snd fun to work with, and accommodates your timeframe. He is the least “pushy” agent with whom I have worked, and does not try to sell you on a property, but is totally honest about the pros and cons of a property. Because he is so familiar with Laguna Woods, Trace will definitely steer you away from a property that looks appealing on the website, but that he knows has issues.
