I am a out of country client and was worried my needs could not be met as I would have no personal interaction with my agent. Latoya our agent went above and beyond in finding us the perfect home. We were unfamiliar with the process and she walked us through it. She was available and patient making it comfortable. I have tried with other agents and companies in the area but it was far from smooth and we never thought we would be able to go though with this. I originally reached out to her when I was looking for a condo in the Orlando area and was very impressed with her quick responses and friendly demeanor. My plans changed, but the easy relationship I built with her had me hoping she would assist in my changed plans, and she did!! She agreed to help my fiancé and I find a home all the way in Palm Bay (a good hour and 15 minutes from Orlando). She always listened to what we wanted and certainly went to bat for us many times. As a woman looking for the home that my fiancé and I would live in, I was pretty particular in my wants. There was one open house that I was not able to make it to, so she and my fiancé went, and I can honestly say that I felt extremely comfortable having her there to help look at things like I would have. I know my fiancé felt much better with the extra set of eyes and he was truly blown away by her commitment to come look at that ONE open house with him since I could not make it. One of my favorite things about Toyah is how hard she worked for us, while never coming off too strong/fake and never making us feel "obligated." The home buying process is no joke, especially if there are a million other life events going on, but with Toyah on your side you can sleep much better at night. We are forever grateful for her huge role in finding our beautiful home and we will always recommend her for any and all real-estate needs.
