Torsten was active with us on the market value. He had a comprehensive plan from the start towards the end of our contract. We were out of state owners and not knowledgeable about the market value in that area. He made sure to communicate with us consistently since we were out of town. He was always available to us with any questions we had. When we received offers he let us entertain ideas back and forth with him that helped us make the right decisions. His professionalism showed in all aspects of real estate business. The listing was well documented. He told us about an app that allowed us to see the appointments for viewing and feedback. Once a purchase agreement was accepted, he helped us tremendously with out of state closing services. We are highly pleased with Torsten and recommend him to others for these stated reasons.
