Torsten was hands down the best realtor we could have chosen to sell our family lake house. His local market knowledge was beneficial in setting a fair list price and understanding what comparable homes were selling for. Also, being with Keller Williams was a major bonus because of their tech-based marketing approached. They were even able to provide a floor plan with dimensions. He helped us with every step throughout the process. Since the home was a vacation home, he was always willing to help be a local presence for us.
