Torrey went above and beyond for the first contract and while that one ultimately fell through he continued to be very available and maintained a great attitude. He did everything I asked and gave good advice and feedback for me to use in my decision making. While the house didn’t quite sell for what we thought it would it wasn’t his fault an adjoining property appraised extremely low. I would absolutely use him again in the future.
